These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the MathMakeSmart website and one-to-one online tutoring services. By submitting a trial booking request or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Educational Services

MathMakeSmart provides individualized online academic tutoring and test preparation. Our tutors support conceptual understanding, study skills, and exam readiness. In accordance with academic integrity standards, tutors will never complete graded school assessments, take-home exams, or coursework on a student's behalf.

2. Parent or Guardian Authorization

Where the student is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must submit the booking inquiry, approve the lesson schedule, and maintain responsibility for account communications and tuition arrangements.

3. Trial Session & Scheduling Confirmation

Submitting a preferred date and time on our website initiates an academic coordination request. An appointment is confirmed only once our academic team has matched an appropriate tutor and sent a written confirmation email.

4. Online Classroom Conduct

Both students and tutors are expected to maintain respectful, focused conduct during live online sessions. All instruction must take place through approved MathMakeSmart channels; off-platform private contact between tutors and minor students is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All original curriculum guides, website copy, and study materials provided by MathMakeSmart are for the personal educational use of the enrolled student and may not be redistributed commercially.
